Start meeting people and make new friends.
Get a makeover if necessary, get a new hair cut and dye it blonde if you wish
Chase your dreams.
Seek help from therapist.
Surround yourself with love ones, never once shut yourself away from others.
Pamper yourself, head to a spa or get a full-body massage
"Everything happens for a reason" A phase commonly used. I know it's easier to be said than done but I truly hope this will help you combat challenges in life. Life is not a bed of roses but the future is uncertain. Life has its ups and downs. Hate to admit this but you really have only yourself to make you feel better so the choice is yours whether to buried yourself in the past or to move on. But most importantly, always keep yourself busy and leave your thoughts behind.
